About INSULATION SHEET BUBBLE FOIL
Insulation sheet bubble foil is a lightweight, high-performance thermal barrier comprising single or double layers of polyethylene air bubbles laminated between, or on one side of, aluminum foil. It acts as a radiant barrier, reflecting up to 96-99% of infrared radiation and reducing heat gain/loss in roofs, walls, and agricultural sheds
- Structure: Composed of air-filled polyethylene bubbles sandwiched between aluminum foil layers (single or double bubble options).
- Reflectivity: Highly reflective (typically 96-97%), making it excellent for reflecting radiant heat away from the building.
- Thickness: Ranges generally from 4 mm to 20 mm.
- Versatility: Functions as a radiant barrier, vapor barrier, and humidity barrier.
- Temperature Range: Can withstand temperatures typically ranging from -40C to +90C or up to +110C.
- Ease of Installation: Lightweight and easy to cut/handle without requiring special protective clothing.
